Free FedEx Priority Overnight on every domestic order. Intersecting Hearts® primary shipping method/company is FedEx, however other companies such as UPS or USPS might be utilized depending on delivery destination, or for other reasons out of our control. Usually Priority Overnight packages are delivered by 10:30 am in most areas.

Orders may be shipped anywhere in the United States where FedEx delivers. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
For your security, FedEx will require an adult’s signature at delivery, even if you have a signed waiver on file with FedEx. FedEx will not leave your package unattended. If no one is available to receive the package, FedEx will attempt a second delivery at another time.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Your package can be delivered to any of the following addresses:

  • The address associated with your credit card (this is typically your residence).
  • Home Address if other than your billing address.
  • Your work address.
  • Other residential address as long as there is an adult to sign for the package.

SECURE AND DISCREET
We don’t want to spoil any surprises. Intersecting Hearts will contact you using only the email or phone number you designate.

For your privacy and security, your purchase will be shipped as follows:

  • In a standard FedEx Express shipping box. Intersecting Hearts will not appear anywhere on the outside of the box. Instead, M.N. Enterprise L.L.C will be the name of the company.
  • Fully insured against loss or theft. If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, do not accept it or sign for it. Request that package is returned to sender, and contact us immediately. Intersecting Hearts® will work directly with FedEx to resolve the issue.
  • Loose diamonds (those not set in a ring prior to shipment) will be shipped in a specially designed package, to keep your diamond secure until you have it set.
  • Diamond set in a ring will be shipped in a presentation ready ring box.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE
To help you plan for the receipt of your package, an estimated shipment date is given on the detail page for every order, as well as on the shipping page. In addition, you will receive email updates letting you know exactly when to expect your package. These updates will be sent only to the email address you specify (so as not to spoil any planned surprise).
